One of Stipula's most historically distinctive collections harks back to its homeland, Tuscany, which the ancients called Etruria, a region that the collection's exquisite elegance of colors and shapes evokes and brings to life. Etruria pens are embellished with metal details crafted using lost-wax casting and finely chiseled in the typical Florentine goldsmith style. This special edition is crafted from celluloid aged over thirty years, with a vibrant orange hue.
 
 Celluloid is a particularly prized material for the production of highly collectible pens, and is now extremely rare for new production. It offers an almost infinite variety of colors and grains, with depth and reflections that modern resins and plastics cannot replicate. Its production process is long and complex, especially because it requires long curing periods before turning. It cannot be injection molded like modern resins, so each piece is crafted by hand or on a lathe.
