The Model T fountain pen is a pen with a dynamic and slender line, sober yet elegant, inspired by the principles of the historic Ford model released in 1908, with the idea of allowing the widespread diffusion of the automobile.

Ford's innovation was to build simple, inexpensive automobiles for the average American family. Until then, the automobile had been considered a handcrafted object, prohibitively expensive, and intended for a very limited audience. With the Model T, the motor vehicle became affordable for the middle class, ushering in the "automobile civilization" of the 20th century.

Simple and solid in its construction principles, the Model T is crafted from matte black-blue resin cast in Italy. Its metal details are also essential, adding a touch of understated refinement to their functionality.

  • Details hand-crafted by turning Italian blue-black resin and treated with matt sandblasting piece by piece;
  • Clip made with goldsmith technique, by microfusion, and adorned with a blue lapis lazuli cabochon;
  • Matte 24-karat rose gold treatment to protect the metal details;
  • Stipula leaf in 925/1000 rose silver set in the cap;
  • Three-way ink loading, direct with eyedropper, cartridge, converter;
  • The tank, which can be filled directly from the bottle with the special dropper, has a very large ink capacity, equal to over 5 ink cartridges;
  • Nib and feeder individually tuned and tested for writing, for each piece; nib dipped in 24-carat rose gold;
  • For those who choose the 14k gold nib variant: the gold nib is a Stiflex type, rolled and treated for maximum elasticity and tip flexibility. Produced entirely in Florence by Stipula master pen makers, using early-century Italian equipment, the gold nib is bathed in rose gold to blend seamlessly with the rest of the metal parts.
  • Pen kept in gift case;
  • Dropper for direct filling of the tank included in the case;
  • Two-year warranty for any manufacturing defect.
